Introduction
The ARINC-629 Input Module is a dual-site module that contains circuits to capture and record one ARINC-629 bus. This board captures the data, formats the appropriate tag, and interfaces to the quadraplex board. The board is configured and controlled via the VME bus reflected by the quadraplex board.
To aid in the acquisition of specific data items from the connected ARINC-629 bus, the bus is capable of being filtered based on RPP coding. The filter settings can be set up via the host control port and saved in nonvolatile memory.
