Wyle provides a full range of metrology, non-destructive evaluation, chemical sampling and analysis, precision cleaning and component refurbishment. The company operates three laboratories and provides both calibration and standards support to Cape Canaveral Spaceport customers. These laboratories process more than 35,000 actions per year adhering to the American National Standards Institution (ANSI) or Air Force Metrology Calibration (AFMETCAL) requirements. Wyle’s Non-Destructive Evaluation (NDE) section performs radiography, visual, liquid penetrant, magnetic particle, ultrasonic, infrared, eddy current and leak testing with an experienced staff of engineers and certified technicians. NDE tasking runs the gamut from inspecting sensitive space flight hardware to hardware transporters to infrastructure located at the Spaceport.
