Wyle offers complete services for the calibration and certification of electronic, physical and mechanical instruments. The company also provides maintenance and repair services, including cleaning, minor repairs and adjustments.
Services are performed at Wyle facilities for all equipment. On-site calibration is also available at customer sites for some types of equipment. Turnaround time is routinely less than one week to 10 days with expedited turnaround available.
Calibration and certification are traceable to the National Institute of Standards & Technology (NIST) in accordance with ISO 10012-1, ANSI/NCSL Z540-1, MIL-STD-45662A, A2LA ISO17025 and 10CFR50, Appendix B. Measurement traceability is achieved when the reference standards base is specified and the total measurement uncertainty does not exceed 25 per cent of the acceptable tolerance allowed for the individual characteristics measured, with uncertainties expressed at approximately the 95 per cent confidence level using a coverage factor K=2. All calibration measurements are supported by certificates, reports or data sheets attesting to the source, date, uncertainty and conditions under which the results were obtained.
Wyle's Standards Labs, Quality Systems and Procedures, and all other facets of its operations are always available for customer visits. Wyle welcomes and encourages audits and inspections.
