Wyle operates three of the largest independent qualification testing facilities in North America. Wyle's laboratories, located in El Segundo and San Bernardino, Calif. and Huntsville, Ala., offer full-service environmental qualification for items ranging from circuit boards to entire vehicles including spacecraft.
The company offers the following natural and induced dynamic environmental simulation capabilities:
- Highly Accelerated Life Testing (HALT) for in-flight or stationary conditions
- High Frequency Vibration Testing using high-force electrodynamic systems to simulate flight, transportation and operating environments
- Reverberant Acoustic Testing using Wyle's unique WAS-3000 and WAS-5000 Acoustic Sources for high-intensity noise/vibroacoustic launch and flight environments to over 165 dB (30kW)
- Seismic Testing using triaxial and biaxial electrohydraulic systems capable of simulating any possible earthquake for specimens weighing up to 60,000 pounds
- Mechanical, Pneumatic, Drop and Pyrotechnic Shock Testing to help ruggedize products

- Acceleration Testing using centrifuges with arms ranging to 24' radius
- Mechanical/Structural Testing ( Dynamic/Fatigue)
Other Wyle testing services include:

Test programs ranging from simple vibration tests of small components to full scale tests of large systems and subsystems are routinely performed, many requiring multishaker/multiaxis excitation. With individual shakers ranging from 8,000 to 32,000 lb. force and multiple shaker set-ups that can provide 128,000 lb. force almost any dynamic requirement can be met.
