Information Interoperability

Wyle deploys and supports information interoperability solutions, bringing people, procedures, and equipment together with the goal of providing seamless access to data and information.

Wyle’s experience in the area of interoperability includes investigation of interoperability issues; interface requirements analyses; development of interoperability approaches, plans, and design specifications; development of interoperability test plans and procedures; interoperability testing; and support for joint interoperability exercises.

The company has developed an information technology test and evaluation (IT T&E) process that measures effectiveness and suitability of an entire network in terms of the customer-specific product or mission, and Wyle uses this process to conduct operational assessments of interoperability and information assurance for combatant commanders on their fielded systems.

When a large government service agency was directed by Congress to conduct operational risk assessment they turned to Wyle’s risk management professionals to help lead the effort. The tasking included operational assessments of security and interoperability risks of multiple operationally fielded systems.
