Wyle provides analyses and support of Foreign Disclosure and Technology Transfer Determinations as required by Title 10 U.S. Code (Section 139,2399), Arms Export Control Act (AECA), as amended Foreign Assistance Act (FAA), and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). These tasks include:
- Developing and maintaining foreign disclosure support documentation.
- Tracking the release of all classified and sensitive unclassified documents to foreign nationals and their governments via Technology Transfer Security Assistance Review Boards (TTSARB) and National Disclosure Policy Committee (NDPC) Record of Actions (RAs).
- Coordinating and conducting security reviews.
- Providing foreign disclosure and technology transfer release awareness and training.
- Ensuring requests not covered by existing FMS cases or export licenses complied with established releasability decisions and guidelines established by the National Disclosure Policy Committee (NDCP) and the individual services’ International Program Offices.
