Foreign Military Sales 

There are two primary methods for foreign countries to request major weapon systems from the United States, Foreign Military Sales (FMS) or direct commercial sale. Wyle provides subject matter expertise for both types of sales.

In both cases, the foreign country requests help in managing the myriad tasks needed to implement a major weapon system program. Since the late 1970s, Wyle has supported the Department of Defense in providing cradle-to-grave foreign military sales support for major weapon systems including the F/A-18, E-2C, P-3C, F-35, AH-64 and several missile programs. This effort includes providing program management, financial and engineering support services to perform cost and economic and business analysis of individual FMS country programs. Wyle uses the Total Package Approach for new cases and detailed support for case management, administration and closure operations.
