Earned Value Management (EVM) 

Wyle provides independent and experienced practitioners to DoD programs who help to customize and implement all aspects of effective Earned Value Management (EVM). Their dedicated and comprehensive support assures that the government receives valid and timely data for program technical and financial decision-making.

Wyle analysts provide recommendations for cost and schedule reporting requirements and are available to participate in activities to structure the appropriate language for insertion into solicitations. They support needs to evaluate contractor compliance with applicable EVM policies and guidelines and make recommendations for enhancing the system’s capabilities and the project management tool. Wyle facilitates Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs) in support of government needs and its assigned staff participates in the reviews and other surveillance activities to ensure continued contractor compliance with ANSI/EIA 748.

Data and trend analysis are core activities of Wyle support personnel who review contractor submittals to ensure data validity, determine the impact of variance trends and provide cost and schedule forecasts.

Wyle analysts support needs to prepare summary level briefings and reports using earned value data for Program Management Reviews, provide inputs relevant to Award Fee evaluations, and respond to ad hoc information requests from government sponsors. They also support agencies and companies with in-house EVM implementation guidance, from preparing a system description, policies and procedures to surveillance and training.
