Designing, planning, and executing the consolidation of 28 separate Department of Energy (DOE) help desks in accordance with goals established by the President’s Management Agenda’s (PMA), completing the project in only 10 months. The resulting Consolidated Service Center, which spanned two geographically separate locations, improved reliability, customer service, and disaster preparedness.
Work supporting AFNetOps Transformation and IT consolidation activities for the Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC), includes support to the AFMC Network Operations Center (NOC) at WPAFB and I-NOSC East at Langley AFB and the Aeronautical Systems Center (ASC). This support illustrates a strong history of developing migration plans, performing gap analyses on as-is and to-be architectures, and training support personnel and users on transformation issues, including consolidation of multiple thousands of users into a single platform at the AFMC Regional Data Center.
