Engine Inspection Services
Wyle offers automated in-house eddy current inspection services for engine components.  Wyle’s staff, facilities, and equipment are fully qualified and on the Approved Suppliers List for both General Electric and Pratt and Whitney.  Systems and tooling are available for most F100, F110 and other engine component inspections.

Wyle is fully registered to the SAE AS9100B - Aerospace Quality Assurance Standard (including ANSI/ISO 9001:2000) and ASQR-01 from Pratt and Whitney. Wyle is also in the process of working toward certification in SAE AS9100C.  In addition, Wyle maintains a Training and Certification program with certified Level I, II and III inspectors in eddy current and ultrasonics in accordance with National Aerospace Standard NAS 410. Qualification and training of nondestructive test personnel meets or exceeds the American Society of Nondestructive Test (ASNT) training and certification requirements.

Eddy Current Inspection System (ECIS) Maintenance Services
Wyle supports Eddy Current Inspection System (ECIS) customers world-wide with continuous on-site, or periodic preventative and remedial maintenance services. Wyle offers maintenance service agreements with a variety of service levels to assist with system diagnostics and troubleshooting in order to achieve high levels uptime. Wyle’s E-Log and Part Tracker are proprietary tools developed to track system maintenance and performance in order to provide optimal service.
 
Wyle is now participating in the Oklahoma City-Air Logistics Center process re-engineering initiatives involving eddy current, ultrasonic, surface preparation, mechanical cleaning, chemical cleaning, and lean cell activities.  With the development of the large envelope ECIS and the Advanced Capability Inspection Station Wyle has the ability to provide tailored equipment and services to meet the customer’s institutional service inspection needs, from large Joint Strike Fighter 48” diameter parts to flexible cell configurations, Wyle’s Advanced NDI capability is proven and ready to equip, service, and support the customers precision inspection needs.
